
Job Description
Objectives: - Leading the foreign trade team in tasks starting from conducting supplier/ customer surveys to the moment the goods are delivered to the companies warehouse to its international customers Main responsibilities: - Conducting supplier surveys - Conducting business negotiations - Overseeing the process of opening letters of credit or other arrangements - Arranging or overseeing the transportation of the goods - Overseeing and carrying out the legal and bureaucratic procedures, customs clearance of all import & exports Reporting to: General Manager Subordinates: Secretaries, Banking relations manager, Foreign trade deputies Other interactions: Accounting and Procurement Number required: 5 Duration: Permanent Desired start date: Immediate Probation: 3 Months Working hours: Saturday- Tuesday: 09:00-17:00, Wednesday 09:00-16:00 Travel requirements: Occasional Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable
Requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English - Familiar with laws and regulations governing Iranian and international commerce - Experienced in conducting business negotiation and various procedures for import and export, customs clearance, transport and logistics, conducting international supplier surveys and on an interpersonal level leading and motivating small teams - Candidates with experience in technical fields or metals and mining sectors are preferred.
