Job Description

● Do all import process formalities such as getting and issuing proforma invoices, all shipping documents, and health certificates, communicate with inspection companies, and coordinate to inspect cargo registers. ● Manage all steps that are involved from purchasing the products to delivering them to our warehouse. It included insurance, LC, shipping, necessary trade, and health and VIP permissions, and customs releasing and delivering to the warehouse. ● Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from proforma invoices to shipping documents, custom affairs, and commercial registration procedures. ● Arrange with the bank to receive an allocation and reconcile with the bank after clearance. ● Dominate commercial and international business terms and regulations (Intercoms 2020 ● Be up-to-date with current regulations and monitor applicable law changes and domestic banks' rules. ● Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving. ● Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations. ● Location: Elahieh - Fereshteh.

Requirements

● Fluent in general and commercial English, both written and spoken. ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or other related fields. ● 2 years of experience as a commercial expert (experience in the grains and food industries would be a priority). ● Basic understanding of legal and commercial laws. ● Familiar with INCOTERMS and shipment regulations. ● Advanced in computer skills (Microsoft Windows and MS Office). ● Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment. ● Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
