Managing and Handling International Commercial Orders
Main responsibilities: Coordinating with Suppliers for:
- Pre-Order correspondence
- Order confirmation
- Payment
- Documentation
- Transportation
Managing and coordination of:
- Payments with financial department and Bank
- Transportation with Forwarder and Customs Broker
Reporting to:
Managing Director, Business Development Director
Subordinates:
Foreign Procurement officers / coordinators
Other interactions:
Management, Financial department, Sales department and after sales services and support department

BSc / Masters in International Business
Other certifications:
Relevant courses / Training on International Business, ISO and HVAC Fundamentals are Advantages
Previous experience:
10 years in none related Industry
3 - 5 years in related Industry (HVAC)
Specialist knowledge:
Incoterms , Iranian Customs Regulations , International Banking compliance and Regulations , International Shipping and Forwarding , Relevant Computer Skills
Other Skills:
Leadership Ability, Team Builder and Team Worker, Negotiation Skills, Good P/R Skills, Taking Ownership of Actions by Taking Responsibilities
