Job Description

The owner of the position is responsible from A to Z for the foreign procurement and logistics affairs under the direct supervision of the foreign purchase manager. Roles: ● Responsible for all supplier affairs, such as correspondences, supplier’s shipment, delivery schedule, and expenditure. ● Evaluate and analyze information about supplier performance and consult with the manager for correct action. ● Source for obtaining new suppliers in the best condition to add the number of the suppliers. ● Prepare the contracts with suppliers. ● Proper negotiation with suppliers to maintain the suppliers. ● Follow up the shipment with the shipping company and clearance agent. ● Responsible for proper data registration on CRM software and quick reply to the requisitions from sales and other departments. ● Update with the latest news and laws and have quick and correct actions. ● Manage the procurement governance process across the business policy and procedures. ● Assist the manager to develop the purchase and procurement policy and procedure and obligate them to follow the instructions. ● Prepare the suppliers' reports in a timely manner ● Update the management and delivery the reports in a timely manner. ● Company location: South Ferdowsi, St. Sarhang, Sakhaee St. ● Working days: Sunday to Wednesday 8:30 to 18:00 and Thursday 8:30 to 14:00; Holidays: Fridays and Saturdays.
