Job Description

● Perform and coordinate commercial activities such as sourcing, negotiating, and ordering to make the best purchase. ● Follow up on customs clearance procedures by the associated service provider. ● Coordinating the shipment of goods with the supplier and forwarder. ● Coordinate order registration processes with the Ministry of Commerce and NTSW. ● Coordinate with banks and exchange offices to make foreign exchange remittances. ● Document control and ensuring all required information and documents are in place.

Requirements

● Excellent communication skills. ● Familiarity with NTSW, EPL, and CRA portals. ● Familiarity with ordering, banking processes, customs, and clearance. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. ● Ability to do teamwork. ● At least 4 years of work experience. ● Fluent in English.
