● Find sources and negotiate with foreign suppliers.
● Schedule purchasing and shipping time.
● Carry out affairs related to identifying and evaluating suppliers, order registration, credit provision, banking, inspection, transportation insurance, customs affairs, and customs clearance.
● Liaise with relevant ministries and organizations to facilitate the import of goods required by the company.
● Work with all trading systems (comprehensive trade system and comprehensive customs system).
● Track shipping documents.
● Track the arrival of the load from the origin to the destination.
● Register goods orders and customs clearance.
● Monitor and evaluate the competitive market situation.
● Research, develop and implement strategies to identify market opportunities.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or other technical and engineering fields.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
● Fluent in a variety of methods of international transportation.
● Fluent in customs and customs clearance.
● Familiar with electronic components.
● Fluent in English.
● Fluent in foreign correspondence.
● At least three years of relevant work experience.
● Familiar with the steps of importing goods, including order registration and customs affairs.
