Job Description

We are looking for a talented specialist to join our team: ● Negotiate with foreign clients (by phone or email). ● Follow up on receiving invoices and missing to the business manager. ● Track the sending and receiving of shipments and tracking with transport companies. ● Execute external purchasing processes in the ERP system. ● Travel to production plants in Rafsanjan if needed.

Requirements

● At least 4 years of work experience. ● Ability to do teamwork. ● Familiar with buying, selling, transferring, and receiving foreign currencies (working with an exchange office). ● Having acceptable knowledge of English. ● Expert in reviewing transportation documents, order registration, banking affairs, and all duties related to the import of goods. ● Ability to manage meetings with foreign suppliers and customers.
