● Do business correspondence.
● Carry out and coordinating all foreign trade affairs such as providing resources, correspondence, negotiations, order registration, and other formalities of the import process.
● Prepare purchase orders and reviewing product requests.
● Continuous follow-up on the latest status of current orders and any claims of defects or shortages of cargo. Plan and coordinate all customs clearance activities.
● Direct monitoring and registration of orders such as item purchase costs, production or loading, and order delivery or shipment schedules.
Requirements
● At least 3 years of experience.
● Have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
● Mastery of English business correspondence skills.
● Attention to detail; familiarity with foreign trade programs, regulations, import/export laws, and international trade issues.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office.
● Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
● Soft skills and personality traits: adaptability, great communication skills.
