Job Description
● Performing commercial activities such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering affairs, and making shipping arrangements and additional tracking when required in a timely manner until the goods are released, getting feedback as well as upstream reports, etc.
● Preparing, handling, and archiving all necessary documentation from proforma Invoices to shipping documents
● Operational planning in the field of foreign purchases and communication with foreign suppliers about coordination and implementation of plans
● Implementing the company's foreign trade processes, procedures, and guidelines.
● Implementing processes related to identifying suppliers and continuous evaluation of suppliers in alignment and selection of foreign suppliers
● Creating and developing the cooperative, strong and sustainable relationships with foreign suppliers to reduce costs and increase flexibility against market changes.
● Negotiating with selected foreign suppliers in order to reach an understanding for the conclusion of the contract and follow up and monitor the conclusion of the contract.
● Following up and monitoring the implementation of all the company's obligations contained in the contract with foreign suppliers and preparing a report to present to the shareholders.
● Ensuring the timely fulfillment of obligations to provide the items needed by the company.
● Monitoring foreign markets and the status of related suppliers.
