Job Description

1- Researching new cost-reducing manufacturing processes that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
2- Communicating with relevant parties regarding product quality and safety
3- Create and update formulations
4- Working on new products from conceptualization to launch
5- Updating product information sheets
6- Recording, analyzing, and summarizing research data
7- Updating and maintaining the MRP system
8- Adhering to safety regulations
9- Supervising formulation team

Requirements

1- Proven work experience as a Food Scientist or similar role
2- Proven ability to work in a laboratory for long periods of time
3- Knowledge and understanding of herbs
4- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Food Scientist
6- BS in food science, chemistry
7- Expert in formulating new products
8- Working in tea or herbs industry is a must
