• Plans and directs accounting activities within the Finance department by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate supervisors.
• Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting.
• Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports.
• Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
• Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
• Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department
• Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions
• Represent the company externally to government agencies, auditors, and the general public
• Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets.
• Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.
• preparing annual master budgets, annual audits and fiscal year-end close
Requirements
• Master Degree in accounting or finance with a minimum 10 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Gender preference: Male ONLY
• Candidate must possess analytical abilities applied to the consolidation reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards concepts.
• Computer skills in all Microsoft Office applications. (Mandatory)
• Familiar with accounting information system implementation.
• Proven ability to prepare master budget.
