About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our client, a leading organization in the ERP software industry. This role will play a critical part in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective financial management across the business.
The Finance Manager will oversee all accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, and internal control activities for the organization, ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and strong support for operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and tax activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Ensure full compliance with local tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, audits, and interactions with relevant authorities.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support business operations and financial sustainability.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls, continuously improving financial processes and ensuring adherence to corporate policies and governance standards.
Oversee cost accounting and project-based financial tracking related to ERP software development and implementation projects.
Lead and develop the finance and accounting team while partnering closely with local and regional stakeholders to support business objectives.
What You Bring
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Strong hands-on experience in taxation, including preparation and submission of tax returns and direct involvement in tax audit processes.
Proven experience in preparing financial statements and managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
Strong knowledge of internal controls, treasury management, and financial reporting practices.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software, preferably Hamkaran System or Sepidar, and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of performing effectively in fast-paced environments.
