Job Description
•Responsible for routine accounting activities.
•Keep records of financial transaction and support documents.
•Accounts reconciliation and statement reconciliation.
•Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.
•Plan, modify, develop and implement the record keeping and accounting system.
•Supervision of the executive of financial accounting system, credits and banking affairs, insurance and the ministry of finance.
•Manage and handle all the activities and reports regarding the payments, taxes, VAT, bank accounts, salaries, insurances, social security and etc.
•Analyze costs, profits, financial commitments and obligations.
•Develop and improve the financial system, processes and reports.
•Develop the skills of the finance team members through training and coaching.
•Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions.
•Establish procedures for custody or control of assets, records, loan collateral, or securities to ensure safekeeping.
•Legal issues managing.
Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
•Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
•Oversee the flow of cash or financial instruments.
•Develop, implement, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.

•Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
•Evaluate accounting systems, procedures and practices and make appropriate recommendations for modifications and improvements.
