Financial Manager

Job Description

Education:
University Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
Experience:
10 years of relevant experience in an accounting function of a multinational company or industrial company.
Knowledge and skills:
Broad understanding of core financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling.
Proven leadership skills with ability to drive challenging projects.
Willingness to search for and implement solutions.
Highly motivated and results orientated.
Excellent command of both oral and written local language and English is required.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Manage the financial reporting activities to ensure compliance with internal reporting requirements and external regulations.
Prepare and deliver financial statements to both internal stakeholders and external parties
(regulators, finance authorities).
Prepare required reports as per corporate guidelines, manage internal and external review
of these reports.
Analyze financial data, identify trends and potential risks.
Prepare and deliver financial presentations to the stakeholders on business performance.
Implement and maintain reporting procedures in compliance with company’s policies.
Ensure that all reporting policies are in compliance with legal requirements.
People Management:
Lead, manage and develop the accounting and reporting team, including day-to-day resource
planning, participation in performance discussions, assessment of training needs and hiring process.
