Job Description
- At least 7 years of relevant finance experience, including 2 years of experience managing a finance team.
- Strong expertise in month-end and year-end closing, preparation of financial statements, and document control.
- Experience in managing liquidity, working capital, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial commitments.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, social security insurance, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ability to analyze manufacturing costs and assess the profitability of projects, contracts, and transactions.
- Proficiency in preparing management reports, analyzing variances, and presenting recommendations to the CEO.
- Practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Planning and monitoring cash inflows and outflows and following up on outstanding receivables.
- Supervising accounting entries, account reconciliations, and financial closing processes.
- Analyzing the profit and loss of companies, projects, and transactions, and controlling manufacturing costs.
- Overseeing inventory, contractual obligations, bank guarantees, and banking operations.
- Implementing internal controls and overseeing tax compliance, social security obligations, and payroll.
- Preparing weekly cash flow forecasts and monthly financial performance reports.
- Providing separate financial reports for each company and consolidated reports for the shared headquarters.
- Identifying financial risks and proposing practical solutions.
- Promoting transparency, organization, and accountability within the finance team.

- Experience managing the finance functions of multiple companies.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and steel industries.
- Experience in project accounting and cost accounting.
- Familiarity with Sepidar accounting software.
