- Conduct risk management analysis and implement effective measures.
- Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Evaluate financial performance by analyzing data and forecasts.
- Collaborate with departments to optimize financial operations.
- Present financial reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Insurance, or Banking Management.
- Proven experience in a financial management position, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial accounting software.
- Strong numerical reasoning and financial terminology understanding.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
