Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health, managing the finance team, providing financial insights and strategies to senior management, and ensuring compliance with all accounting, tax, and legal standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to the board of directors and advise senior management on financial strategies
Recommend investment activities and financial strategies aligned with business goals
Maintain the company’s financial health and ensure optimal use of resources
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to business plans
Manage cost accounting and cost control reporting
Design and implement financial models for the company
Evaluate cost-reduction initiatives and improve existing financial processes
Lead, supervise, and develop the finance team while ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks
Manage and oversee company budgeting processes
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure financial transparency
Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business strategies
Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards
Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and related reports
Stay updated and ensure compliance with national financial regulations (tax, social security, labor, and trade laws)
Review and approve accounting records to ensure trial balance accuracy
Oversee the preparation of tax declarations (income tax, VAT, seasonal reports, performance reports) and manage compliance with relevant financial systems
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting (preferably in large or manufacturing companies)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent financial analysis and strategic planning abilities
Proficiency in financial/accounting software
