Our company as one of the pioneers in providing technical services to oil & gas industries intends to recruit a Finance & Administrative Manager with below conditions for its Tehran office; The short listed candidates will be invited for an interview. Preparing and documenting integrated budget and present it to managing director. Monitoring financial performance of departments and reporting to related managers and managing director in planned intervals or based on inquiries or observed deviations. Forecasting financial resources including required credit and for current operation and manager the system effectively. Preparing and documenting procedures and instructions as required in financial department Supervising financial activities based on valid regulations and procedures, legal statutory requirements and instructions Cooperation with group managers and other departments for performing financial took Evaluating and supervising accurately financial activities in financial department based on accounting procedures, instructions and standards Preparing and documenting periodic and occasional reports or as per inquiries and present them to managing director other managers, head office and areal location office Monitoring and cooperation with other managers Attempting to overcome probable problems due to related responsibilities. Establishing and perpetuating appropriate and accurate relationship with other departments for financial took.

Requirements

University educated preferably in finance with at least 10 years relevant experience Fluent in English, both writing and speaking Familiar with the taxation, SSO and labor law Leadership capability and able to assist the planning of the financial strategies of the company Preferably familiar with Rayvarz
