Job Description

● Prepare strategic budgeting based on income, cost, profit, and company development. ● Analyze the company's profit and loss statements and make recommendations for improvement based on that. ● Analyze historical results, perform variance analysis, and identify trends the analysis involves the financial performance, and strategic and operational performance. ● Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts and the annual budget processes. ● Use BI tools to deliver meaningful data for other teams and assist the BI team to prepare required reports. ● Prepare interactive and useful financial reports. ● Identify and understand business challenges. ● Interact with Finance and development teams in order to deliver accurate financial reports. ● Help the management by providing reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. ● Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. ● Ensure compliance and consistency of financial reports coming from different teams.

Requirements

● Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Power BI, Python, or other standard reporting software. ● At least three years of experience in management reporting, corporate finance, or related fields. ● Familiar with startup environments and marketplace businesses. ● Ability to work independently. ● Good communication skills.
