Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
● 3 to 5 years of experience with production controlling and accounting.
● Experience with financial compliance controls both for statutory and IFRS accounting and internal audit processes.
● Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
● Experience with the SAP system, material ledger, and production costing.
● A natural flair for leadership and the ability to manage the performance of the business controllers on-site, and the accounting service people in Iran Affiliate and GBS.
● Highly developed networking and stakeholder management skills.
Internal.
● Novo Nordisk Accounting Manual and PS accounting.
It would be considered an advantage if you:
● People management experience.
● Experience working in a business support function.
● Statutory requirement in costing in Iran.
