As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a uniform approach to financial production compliance across the LMT network and ensuring best practices are shared by the sighting of financial accounting, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting. You will lead a diverse and talented team of 2 business controllers. Some of your key tasks will be to: ● Drive the financial compliance efforts across LMT including central management and sites in operational phases. Establish and maintain a strong internal controls environment (ICQ etc.) for production-related controls and derived controls in collaboration with sales affiliates for financial and procurement processes across sites. Work with program and project teams to ensure sufficient competencies are in place to operate internal controls and mitigate identified risks. ● Responsible for accurate financial accounting across the LMT management team in collaboration with the Affiliate finance manager in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and Novo Nordisk Accounting manual. ● Planning (AB/RE/RE2/MTP/LTP): consolidate data, drive budget discussion with departments, prepare a submission, define allocation keys, and ensure correct budget costing. ● Evaluate and develop skills and behavior while effectively managing the team through consistent feedback and recognition. Guide site finance personnel on best practice processes and internal controls; and implementation thereof. Identification of competence gaps and develop/provide training to site personnel where needed. ● Manage the month-end and year-end financial closing process ensuring accurate reflection of LMT activities in the accounting. ● Maintain effective and on-time internal accounting processes and transactions, including, receivables and payables, fixed assets, month-end and year-end period closing, billing, and other routine accounting functions. As a start, you will be focusing on making sure that the operations run accordingly. In the longer term, the position can also offer possibilities of setting a strategic direction by securing sustainable long-term cost growth and investment and help the team to ensure further development of our finance department.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other relevant fields. ● 3 to 5 years of experience with production controlling and accounting. ● Experience with financial compliance controls both for statutory and IFRS accounting and internal audit processes. ● Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. ● Experience with the SAP system, material ledger, and production costing. ● A natural flair for leadership and the ability to manage the performance of the business controllers on-site, and the accounting service people in Iran Affiliate and GBS. ● Highly developed networking and stakeholder management skills. Internal. ● Novo Nordisk Accounting Manual and PS accounting. It would be considered an advantage if you: ● People management experience. ● Experience working in a business support function. ● Statutory requirement in costing in Iran.
