
Job Description
Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions: • Execution of all Bagro Training practices, policies and procedures • Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization • Advising on quality of Training material and providing ideas and advice addressing Bagro field training needs and areas of opportunity to improve • Advising stores on training issues, including employee development • Interpreting and advising on employment law implementing the necessary training material to execute all employment legislation • Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers and feeding back to the Training Manager
Requirements
Qualifications (Field Trainer – Bagro) • Minimum 5 years training Experience with at least 2 at corporate level • Fluent in English and local language with other languages being an advantage • Training/teaching experience required • Has demonstrated the professional skill set to work cross functionally with highly effective outcomes • Considerable experience in Training execution • New business start-up experience • Ability to work well under pressure • Excellent verbal/written skills • Ability to plan, delegate and communicate • Well organized and detail oriented • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
