● Defining category short-term and long-term growth strategy considering competitors and market conditions.
● Defining assortment and brand strategy.
● Owning category sales in Tehran and other cities.
● Setting targets for input KPIs and monitoring them in order to achieve sales targets.
● Managing distribution of vendors in different areas.
● Splitting category targets between different vendor segmentations.
● Managing home pages and vendor pages of Tehran and other cities.
● Performing vendor rate management.
● Pricing strategy.
● P&L management.
● Managing hunter and KA agents to achieve the goals of the category.
● Defining campaigns, home page management, and conversion rate improvement.
● Defining and managing category improvement projects and working with other teams in order to implement the projects.
