Job Description

- Responsible for coordinating all related activity between all departments located in the plant (production, purchasing, and …) to accelerate current affairs. - Monitoring the manufacturing of products and processes - Co-working with planning department to prepare the short term production plan - Organizing the production schedules - Ensuring all the production stations run as planned - Ensuring that the quality of products meet the necessary technical and standard - Review workers performance - Create product documentation and analytical reports - Ensuring that health and safety regulations are implemented - Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

Requirements

- University degree (BSc./MSc.) in Mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related - At least 5 years of relevant experience - Planning and organization skills to be able to run and monitor the production processes -The ability to act decisively to solve staff or equipment related problems - Hight technical knowledge and skills - Excellent teamwork skills -Leadership and communication skills - Excellent knowledge of Machining tools and - Report to unit manager
