Job Description

Objective: • Promote company overall performance • Supervise the whole of the company Main Responsibilities: • Implement the board approved decisions and manage the whole factory in conformity to the managing director's point of view • Participate in the board meetings and propose improvement plan • Supervise the whole staff • Master the company integrated software system to be able to monitor the activities of different sections • Monitor the performance of all the machinery and handle the related matters • Develop the maintenance plan of machinery • Control Inventory level and order the materials which has reached the ordering point • Proficient in systematic way of working and be able to do work on the basis of predefined process • Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports to demonstrate his performance Reporting to: General Manager Subordinates: Production manager, quality control manager, store and maintenance supervisors Number Required: One Duration: Permanent Desired Start Date: As soon as possible Probation: 3 months Working Hours: Saturday - Wednesday 07:00-15:30, Thursdays 07:00-11:00 Travel Requirements: No Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable

Requirements

University Qualifications: BSc in Mechanical or Industrial engineering/ Management Previous Experience: At least 3 years of industrial management experience preferably in food industry Specialist Knowledge: Computer basics Other Skills: - Team management skills - Aggressive - Sociable - Vigorous - Humorous - Indefatigable - Creative Ideal Age Range: Minimum 30 Gender Preference: Male Language Skills: English
