Export Sales Assistant

Job Description

● Build potential customer data bank and negotiate with potential clients as well as close business deals by developing positive relationships with customers on a regular basis. ● Communicate with a number of stakeholders, including customers, transport providers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure an ongoing, smooth process as well as internal members of the business. ● Maintain contact with International clients and develop positive relationships with all key players on a regular basis providing informative and supportive service. ● Manage key export accounts and develop business plans to grow company share and volume in key export markets. ● Maintain and enhance customer relations and performance in the markets of concerned countries. ● Coordinate with the marketing function and export customers to build trade marketing programs for export markets. ● Ensure the delivery of the customer promise through preparation and timely coordination of quotations, maintaining accurate records of export transactions and order processing. ● Liaise with purchasing department. ● Implement export development strategy in various countries as per the approved budget and ensure achievement of sales targets. ● Identify and develop opportunities to grow the Export Market in dedicated regions ● Prepare and present periodical business reports and reviews. ● Achieve sales and profitability targets along with other team members. ● Probation period: 3 months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5 pm; Thursdays from 8:30 am to 12 pm. ● Travel requirements: Yes, occasionally.
