Job Description

  • Create and build a market through finding new prospects and retaining existing clientele by demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Contact and follow up with the customers on a daily basis, by calling and or other contacting mediums.
  • Support the customers on the issues that they may face throughout their purchase contract.
  • Prepare and issue PI and other documents related to export and sales.
  • Resolve the problems that customers may face, and prepare documents to support him/her on the shipment or release of their goods purchased from our company.
  • Follow up on the payments from customers.
  • Report to the managing director and the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields or an MBA graduate.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office may be an asset.
  • At least 3 years of foreign sales experience.
  • Negotiation and sales skills.
  • Tidy, punctual, result-oriented, a good negotiator, a team player, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convince customers of different world cultures.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, or French.
