Job Description

Objective of the role: Since 2014, company was exporting extensive range of food products to limited destinations particularly where its branches are located. By adding a motivated export executive, we are going to develop our market. List of responsibilities: ● Understanding and implementing marketing and export strategies. ● Developing marketing materials such as catalogues and price list. to hire contactor for creating web site and social media and maintaining them up to dated. ● Building potential customer data bank and negotiate with potential clients as well as closing business deals by developing positive relationships with customers on a regular basis. ● Communicating with a number of stakeholders, including customers, transport providers and regulatory bodies, to ensure an ongoing, smooth process as well as internal members of the business. ● Maintaining contact with International clients and develop positive relationships with all key players on a regular basis providing informative and supportive service. ● Managing key export accounts and developing business plans to grow company share and volume is key export markets. ● Maintaining and enhancing the customer relations and performance in the markets of concerned countries. ● Coordinating with the marketing function and export customers to build trade marketing programs for export markets. ● Ensuring the delivery of the customer promise through preparation and timely coordination of quotations, maintaining accurate records of export transactions and order processing. ● Building Sales and market intelligence to sales and operations planning. ● Liaising with Purchasing Department. ● Setting up and implementation of Export Development Strategy in various countries as per the approved budget and ensuring achievement of sales targets. ● Identifying and developing opportunities to grow the Export Market in dedicated regions ● Closely monitoring, forecasting and analyzing sales. ● Actively present new products to the Category Managers that maybe retailed through the sales network, from Shows or Customer communications. ● Preparation and presentation of periodical business reports and reviews. ● Controlling trade visibility and travel as per the Export & Strategic Markets Development Managers directive. ● Achievement of sales and profitability targets along with other team members. ● Reporting to: CEO. ● Subordinates: 1 export assistant in the near future. ● Length of probation period: 3 Months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9 am-5.30 pm - Thursday 9 am-1 pm. ● Travel requirements: Occasionally yes. ● Gross monthly base salary: Gross 8-12 million Toomans per month plus commissions. ● Commission, bonus, and benefits: Sales commission and other allowances.

Requirements

● University qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related degrees. ● Nature and length of previous experience: At least 2 years in export department (food related is advantage). ● Specialist knowledge: Internet, MS office, Social Networks. ● Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork, self-motivated, communication skills, planning and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
