Responsible for tracking all new machinery and spare parts, services quotations, orders, and invoices.
Provide administrative support to the country and sales manager.
Responsible for the office petty cash and reporting of daily expenses.
Prepare quotations and timely order confirmation.
Track and investigate new machinery and life cycle services issues.
Liaise on logistic queries from customers or sales team and follow up on deliveries.
Follow up on payments/ clarification of outstanding invoices.
Maintain proper records of data as well as an organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
Provide support to the country and sales manager in issues and concerns related to spare parts, changes, and overhauls.
Prepare meeting reports and monthly expense reports on behalf of the country and sales manager.
Receive, direct, and relay telephone messages.
Prepare and manage correspondence, travel schedule, and calendar of the country and sales manager.
Report to the country manager.
Requirements
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Fluent in English.
Excellent organizational skills as well as time management.
A sound confidential and assertive approach to work, where discretion is maintained at all times.
Proven ability to work on own initiative to tight deadlines and prioritize a variety of important and urgent but diverse tasks.
