-Control and oversee the all operations, people and ventures
-Manage resources, including the attracting, hiring and retention of personnel
-Ensure employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve its mission
-Manage key personnel and service providers
-Promote the wellness of staff and implementing policies in line with labor legislation and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment
-Preparation of reports and attending/presenting at the board meetings
-Research and implement new initiatives lower operating costs
-Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
-Doing Executive Affairs
Requirements
-Master's Degree or Doctor of Management, MBA from an accredited domestic or foreign university
-At least 10 to 15 years of experience in the position of CEO, Chief Executive Officer
-Leading entire business units or divisions of an organization
-Extensive leadership/management experience
-Able in organizational leadership and communication
-Having good appearance

-Commitment, service motivation, self-motivation, and a great deal of pursuit to get the results
