Job Description

- Organize, plan & follow up the internal activities related to the management (EVP). - Follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination - Handle Employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. - Managing office budgets. - Managing all communication affairs and correspondences such as official letters, emails, faxes, Answer and direct phone calls. - Maintain scheduling and calendars and conducting meeting requests for employees and guests. - High level of communication, team work and organization skills. - Maintain an effective computer-based filing system and manual filing system (where appropriate) - Managing internal and international travel arrangements, and accommodation affairs. - Carrying out and coordinating all matters related to maritime exports by ship. - Conversation and negotiation and correspondence in English with foreign parties. - Tracking orders process to meet the deadlines and preparing order status reports Keeping budget record of clients - Competent & experienced to manage planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding and monitoring orders' process with suppliers, negotiating, contract modification, order obtaining, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, custom affairs, transporting follow-ups, Preparing and handling all necessary documentation from proforma invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures. - Cooperation with Logistic and Financial team for assuring customer service and targeting sales goals. - Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

Requirements

- Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing and Listening). - Minimum Bachelor Degree in Related fields (all management field, English language and other related fields). - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and outlook. - Minimum 1 year of related experience. - IT skills and excellent typing skills in both Farsi & English. - Professional skills including time management, interpersonal ability and customer management service - Ability to follow up multiple tasks within deadlines - Having a Committed, Integrated and Knowledgeable approach in the work place - Ability of Self-Learning: always be ready to extend your knowledge frontiers. - Being smart, emotionally mature and have self-confident
