- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, correspondence & filing (fax, e-mails...)
- Travel arrangement including International and Domestic programs (Reserve hotel, Booking Flights, Visa, etc)
- Typing Company letters and filling administrative documents
- In charge of office supplies
- Coordinating between departments
- Coordinate meetings
- Providing general and specific administrative And HR supports
- Support Marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in relevant majors
- Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in administration Department
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of MS Word - MS Excel - MS PowerPoint
- Strong ability to communicate and interact with internal and external contacts
- Female
- Ideal Age: 25 - 40
