MISSION OF THE POSITION:
Being the strategic partner between the commercial team and the strategic team (general manager) to guarantee the correct updating and registration of sales documents.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Correct registration of the initial sales documents in coordination with the general manager and constant communication with the commercial team for the following stages.
● Keep the corresponding sales reports and spreadsheets updated immediately after the announcement and registration.
● Support the general manager to perform the day-to-day functions in the administrative work, following up on the assigned functions efficiently.
● Constantly report to the general manager and the commercial manager.
Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
● At least 2 years of experience in business, international relations, transportation, or finance companies.
● Able to work flexible hours.
● Advanced English knowledge.
● Knowledge of MS Office.
● Intermediate accounting knowledge.
● Teamwork skills.
● Communication skills.
