Job Description
- Monitoring the performance of event technicians.
- Managing and leading the subordinate staff.
- Cooperating with the executive supervisor of the event to prepare the infrastructure.
- Evaluating the performance of support unit employees and direct contractors such as transportation, etc.
- Managing warehouse and event equipment.
- Warehousing and reporting.
Requirements
- Gender preference: Male.
- At least six years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to analyze and lead the team along with sufficient physical strength.
- Ability to manage time and executive planning.
- Sufficient expertise in facilities, construction, and equipment.
- Crisis management ability.
- High trainability.
- Working in the hotel industry, tourism, ceremonies, restaurants, or other services is considered a privilege.
