The Role: This is a full time job and we are looking for smart, agile and enjoy working individuals to join our ERP team. The ERP specialist designs, implements, and deploys the ERP-SAP solutions to achieve the pre-defined business goals and trains and supports users in their processes. The appointed candidate will be responsible for one or several modules of ERP systems include logistics, finance, controlling, HR, sales, DMS, quality management and so on. Job Description: • Help organize and lead meetings to gather and validate business requirements • Understand business processes, solutions and process improvements that meet business needs across the organization • Configure and document ERP designs (BBP, spec documentation) both in Persian and English • Receiving and testing system against business requirements, execute unit testing and end to end process testing • Support key users and end users in all phases of the projects • Collecting, cleaning and controlling master data • Perform all aspects of data migration from legacy systems to ERP in order to ensure business users have a smooth transition to their new environment. • Generate required reports in support of the business needs • Prepare training documents and train key users and end users • Work with ERP consultants, ERP developers and analyze requirements for integration with other systems • Assigning the required authorization in ERP environment to users • Conduct research into systems issues and find solutions • Liaise a constructive interaction with the corresponding direct manager in order to carry out the assigned tasks
Requirements
Qualification: • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, IT and industrial Management, Computer Engineering, MBA, Financial Management and accounting from accredited universities. • Experience in ERP implementation projects specially SAP ERP system (configuring, implementing and supporting) • Experience in business processes in finance, management accounting, sales, logistics, material management, procurement and human resource management will be as an advantage. • Have an analytical mind and effective problem-solver • Ability to do multi-task effectively in a multi-project environment • Ability to work in a team across a variety of functions and under pressure • Self-motivated, flexible, adaptive and proactive in learning new technologies and teaching to others • Good command of English • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs • Familiarity with telecommunication industry, process documentation (BPMN, UML or other process notations), ITIL will be as an advantage • Ideal Age: less than 35 years • Holding the Military Service card is necessary for men
