Your new role 

As an ERP System Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• • Supervise the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the ERP system.
  • Provide user training and support, acting as the single point of contact for system-related matters.
  • Manage expectations of line of businesses, customers, and users concerning system usage and service levels.
  • Interact with regulatory authorities for audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with standards like FDA requirements.
  • Facilitate system strategy and risk management in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure existing services meet their targets and planned new services are delivered on time.
  • Identify new service requirements and provide input to service providers, perform regular process confirmations.
  • Manage end-to-end change processes for system updates and improvements.

Your new department

You will be part of the Production Support team, which plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across 

Novo Nordisk’s production processes. 

Based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the team is dedicated to maintaining and developing IT systems 

and services that support the organisation's goals. 

With a focus on compliance, vendor management, and user training, the department fosters collaboration and innovation to drive success.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• IT related University degree.
• Strong technical background, including knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and cloud computing. 
• Deep understanding of IT system/service management frame works, including incident management
• Problem management, change management, and service level management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written/spoken).
• Ability to analyze and provide guidance on complex issues in a timely and structured manner.
