Job Description
ROLE Our ERP Software Engineer is a patient and courteous business professional interested in providing a high standard of service to our customers. This role requires Analysis, Design, Test, Support and Implementation skills in ERP Software’s. EXPERIENCE • Extensive experience analysis and implementation of ERP and CRM software applications and proven experience with the following capabilities: •Fluent in Excel pivot table, charting, and basic macro writing •Familiarity with SQL Server Concepts and ability to write easy to moderately complex queries. •System Configuration & Maintenance •Security Maintenance (User Profiles, Roles, Security & Access Settings) •using technologies for detecting and tracking software defects •Creation of custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflow, and escalation •Data Quality including data import/export & duplicate record evaluation/merge •Deploying Reports and Complex Dashboards to support BI and ADHOC reporting.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS •BS in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, and/or relevant work experience. •3+ years of IT experience •2+ years testing, analysis and implementation of ERP, SCM, FINANACE, CRM software’s. •Fluent in Excel , SQL Server •2+ years providing customer support in a technical environment. •Familiar with browser tools. Desired •Experience with testing tools and technologies such as Cucumber, Selenium, etc. •Understanding and knowledge of quality assurance processes and methods used in software development •Familiar with Enterprise Architect – UML Design Tools •Applies coding expertise to develop and maintain test tools and frameworks to validate unit, integration and functional tests of the system. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE •Demonstrated work planning and prioritization skills. •Strong results delivery orientation. •Proven analytical and assessment skills •Demonstrate strong communication skills, oral and written with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business including formal and informal presentations and workshops. •Global business reach desirable, including working remotely with global users and IS teams •Ability to work independently and efficiently. •Proven capability to coordinate multiple assignments/projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines. •Experience with end user training including the preparation/lead of formal training and information sessions.
