Environment Supervisor

Job Description

The Environment Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental requirements and supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Environmental Management System.

Key Responsibilities:
-Implement and follow up on ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 requirements.
-Monitor environmental aspects, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
-Manage and maintain environmental and waste-related documentation.
-Follow up on environmental incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
-Support environmental improvement and decarbonization projects.
-Coordinate environmental training and self-declaration activities.
-Support internal and external audits and communicate with relevant environmental authorities.
-Monitor energy consumption and environmental compliance across relevant activities.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
*Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
*Good knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
*Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
*Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn with up-to-date technical knowledge.
*Good command of English is considered an advantage.
