Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team. As an EIR, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to pursue those opportunities, and executing those strategies. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to other members of the organization on matters related to entrepreneurship, innovation, and strategy. Your main responsibilities will include: ● Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and inform decision-making to identify new opportunities for growth. ● Developing business plans and strategies to help turn ideas into successful businesses. ● Developing and implementing strategies to optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency across the organization. ● Managing timelines and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. ● Collaborating with other team members to build and launch new lines or services. ● Building relationships with potential partners, investors, and customers to help accelerate the growth of new businesses. ● Overseeing finance matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. ● Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability. ● Providing financial analysis and guidance to support decision-making across the project.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field. ● At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur or Growth manager, ideally with a track record of building and scaling successful businesses or projects. ● Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. ● Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor other entrepreneurs. ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty with ease. ● Passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the startup ecosystem. ● Expert in MS Projects and Excel to manage projects, track progress, and report on performance. ● Ability to recruit and build a team If you are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR).
