Job Description

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that meet the educational goals of the kindergarten.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and interaction.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including storytelling, songs, and games, to make learning engaging.
  • Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their language skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curricular resources.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding students’ progress and any concerns.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events to contribute to the kindergarten community.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  • Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
