Objective of the job:
E-commerce specialist is responsible for bringing innovation into sales through digital channels while driving the sales forward to achieve business targets.
The main responsibilities are:
● Monthly target setting based on realistic forecasts and presenting sales reports to the management team
● Building a strong network with suppliers, distributors and internal departments for following up the upcoming issues
● Product portfolio management including defining new products, updating product information, and regular checks of stock availability in several cities
● Planning for special promotions to encourage demand of customers to achieve business targets
● Provide ongoing coaching to all distributors’ sales representatives and help them to achieve their targets
● Monitoring the logistics and A-Z process of order placement to order delivery and take necessary actions based on upcoming changes
● Planning for innovation activities like digital marketing, SMS marketing, etc. to trigger sales of targeted products
Requirements
● BA degree in Business, Management, or related field
● Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online B2B, sales, digital marketing or similar role (Working experience in FMCG industry is an advantage)
● Familiar with QC topics like sampling strategy, quality plan
● Good command of English
● Proficiency in Microsoft office, specially Excel and PowerPoint
● Good Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
● Ability to travel from time to time
