Job Description

The objective of the role: To increase the growth rate of sales and to expand the sales channel of e-commerce in order to ensure the maximum share of Zarrin products in all product groups. List of responsibilities: ● To determine the annual and monthly goals in accordance with partitioned company customers. ● To determine the promotional programs and special events for customers by focusing on all product groups. ● To guarantee to receive money from customers ahead of due time. ● To coordinate with the financial team in order to ensure monthly reconciliation of customer invoices. ● To establish a strong and continuous relationship with all customers and to ensure the enforcement of the contract provisions among the parties. ● To negotiate with customers to renew the sales contract by maximizing the company's interests and win-win thinking. ● To coordinate with the marketing team in order to conclude a media plan contract with customers. ● To prepare the reports on the influence of advertising programs on sales by focusing on key indicators in the e-commerce channel. ● To present new ideas and ideas in order to increase sales. ● To analyze the sales in order to compare with the set goals and corrective measures to improve the situation. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 5:20 PM.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Advertising, Marketing, and other related fields. ● Seven years of experience. Specialist knowledge: ● Fluent in recognizing the target market. ● Fluent in sales analysis. ● Fluent in budgeting data analysis. ● Fluent in project management. ● Fluent in e-commerce. ● Fluent in advertising principles and instruments. Soft skills and personality traits: ● Teamwork spirit. ● Effective communications skills. ● Change management skills. ● Outcome-oriented skills. ● Systematic thinking skills. ● Responsibility.
