Job Description

● Drilling supervising all services while drilling new wells and sidetracks. ● Work for drilling in accordance with the drilling program. ● Prequalification, auditing, and assessing drilling contractors. ● Check, and support all steps of work of the contractor, daily interaction, progress status, and efficiency assessment. ● Manage and control drilling rigs. ● Prepare, gather, and verify DDR and EOWR. ● Manage starting commissions, rigs, and equipment audit and certification. ● Coordinate and manage the drilling crew.

Requirements

● More than ten years of working experience in related subjects (drilling, workover). ● Working experience as a drilling supervisor, and drilling engineer. ● Experience in all steps of drilling activity (new wells, sidetracks). ● Professional user of Excel, and Landmark. ● Experience in ESP installation after drilling is an advantage. ● Experience in drilling and workover. ● Familiar with drilling and field equipment. ● Field experience in supervision of service companies in the following activities: well testing, perforation, slackline service, wireline service, logging, acidizing, PLT and etc. ● Base knowledge of cross-function disciplines (geology, reservoir engineering). ● Fluent in English.
