- Responsible for planning and supervising activities in sales and implementation of measures to achieve business goals
- Achieve sales targets and the business plan in a specified region
- Develop and implement an area operational plan in pharmaceutical distribution with the regional operational plan and coverage plan for the area
- Ensuring the performance of regional sales development and ensuring the implementation of regional sales programs by administrative activities of the branch
- Coaching sales forces in pharmaceutical field and Ensure the effective and efficient of resources specially sales force
- Coordinate implementation of brand and trade programmes in the area
- Managing the day-to-day sales operations and sales target
-Responsible to coach & develop field force of Medical Representatives
-Consolidates the activity reports submitted by Medical Representatives in her/his own region and provides appropriate feedback on reports
- Monitors and reports effectiveness of marketing communications
- Provides regular follow-up and feedback when required
- Updates product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation
- Manages the team in order to reach and exceed sales targets of a defined geographical district
- Responsible to keep the sales team informed about the market environment (Competitors, market analysis...)
- Plans and implements activities and participates in local meetings and congresses wherever beneficial
- Works according to company ethics procedures
- Ensure implementation of marketing and sales strategies according to regional policies
Requirements
- University degree in medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences or similar
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong experience in coaching, developing and training Medical Representatives
- Profound market and business understanding, planning & organizing;
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Eager to learn and ready to tackle new challenges
- Good communication skills, enthusiastic & energetic, hard worker, coaching skills
- Team working skills
- Customer-focused & self-developing, initiative, well-organized
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
- Excellent command of written and spoken Farsi
- Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office)
- Have bachelors or master's degree
- No restrictions on travel and being mobile
- Ready for extra hard work
