Job Description

● Design the structure and set up the distribution unit. ● Determine areas and segment customers. ● Create a database of customers. ● Customer routing and classification. ● Visit planning (specifying daily visit schedule). ● Track customers' financial accounts. ● Determine the order point of goods and plan to supply goods. ● Provide promotions, rewards, and commissions and cooperate with the marketing unit. ● Examine the existing potentials and offer to add the product to the product basket. ● Logistics management.

Requirements

● Ability to read content in English. ● Creative thinking to innovate in sales. ● Ability to work in a team and familiarity with negotiation techniques with teams and stakeholders inside and outside the organization. ● Ability to manage the team, report and analyze the performance of colleagues. ● Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
