Position Summary
The Distribution LOG Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the distribution center by managing a team of workers, ensuring the timely delivery of products, and maintaining safety standards
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Train and develop new employees.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize distribution processes.
• Identify and address performance issues within the team.
• Manage and oversee the distribution process for all products.
• Manage and train a team of distribution staff.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Implement and maintain efficient distribution processes and systems.

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• At least 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics
