Job Description

- Setting monthly/quarterly/annually sales target, (value, volume, products category wise) for key customers and accounts. - Negotiating and taking quarterly order from distributors - Setting channel and distribution KPIs for each distributor - To assure distributors’ on time payments - Sell in-Sell through control - Develop Procedure of Increasing Channel dealers for increasing exposure rate & recommendation rate. - Responsible for company P&L (profit and loss) in country. - Holding regular weekly meetings with distributors - Analyzing distributor’s stock level and supporting them to liquidate their over stocks with dealer promotional plans. - Analyzing collected data by field force and taking required actions. - Tracking competition activities and taking action accordingly. - Increase Market Share - Increase visibility on distributors supply chain

Requirements

- At least 4 years experience in mobile Biz - Mobile Biz background - Male - Not older than 40 years - Microsoft office skills - Good communication ability, - Innovative idea generation - Negotiation Skills - Problem solving skills - Target and KPI setting skills - Fluent in English
