About the Role:

Managing the full spare parts supply chain: technical planning, international procurement, logistics and multi-channel sales & distribution

Key Responsibilities

· Procurement & Logistics: Manage order registration, oversee customs clearance, shipping methods and timely delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance
· Inventory & Demand Planning: Forecast demand, control inventory, and identify at-risk parts across product lines.
· Sales Channel & Distribution Management: Supervise commercial and service parts sales, recharge operations, and representative performance.
· Guide a multidisciplinary team of experts and supervisors, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of automotive operations and spare parts supply chain (+10 years of experience)
· In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and clearance procedures.
· Proficiency in ERP/inventory management systems.
· Proficiency in international business correspondence and commercial communication.
· Full professional proficiency in English
