We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Manager to lead innovative, data-driven digital and social media initiatives that strengthen brand performance, enhance customer engagement, and support the successful growth of our obesity portfolio.

Your new role
As a Digital & Social Media Manager your key responsibilities will include:
• Develop and execute digital and social media strategies that support the successful launch and growth of the obesity portfolio while driving impactful omnichannel customer engagement.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated digital campaigns across websites, social media, paid media, search, email, and other digital channels.
• Create, localize, and manage engaging, compliant, and customer-centric digital content that enhances disease awareness, brand visibility, and HCP engagement.
• Manage social media activities, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance optimization across relevant platforms.
• Leverage analytics, customer insights, and performance metrics to continuously improve digital effectiveness, customer experience, and return on investment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver innovative, high-quality digital initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Drive digital innovation while ensuring all digital activities comply with regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, company policies, and governance processes.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
• Proven track record of managing digital campaigns, social media strategies, and product launches.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and social media ecosystems, combined with strategic thinking and execution excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills; fluent in English and highly aware of compliance requirements in regulated industries.
