About the role: This is a rare opportunity for a superbly organized, diligent Digital Marketer to carve their place and join the Trulux team. About you and the role: ● Work closely with the GM and marketing team to deliver best practice marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, and E-Com. ● Instigate and execute all best-practice UX / UI initiatives for the websites. ● Ensure all the best-practice site basics are in place, including web-flow, reviews, checkout set-up, removal of friction, testimonials, etc. ● Regularly monitor SEO performance and actioning changes as required. ● Use Google Analytics to develop relevant reporting around website traffic, competitor activity, and channel attribution. ● Manage and report on paid digital activity to deliver quality traffic to our site. ● Develop Trulux’s content strategy to build best-in-class content into every aspect of the customer journey. ● Report on all marketing and business KPI’s through content and communication strategies. ● Project management of creative and content to be used across all online channels. ● Develop and execute Trulux content and creativity in organic and paid social and search channels. ● Develop, control and manage our affiliates program. ● Develop, control and manage our referral program. ● Oversee and contribute to our Influencer program. ● Develop and execute the EDM calendar for multiple regions, and ensure it looks brilliant. ● Get involved with Social Media communications and ensure it is aligned with all global digital marketing. ● Use social listening to identify consumer behavior and leverage insight, identify trends, channel trends and report back with key learnings and suggestions to optimize accordingly. ● Inventory coordination and E-com fulfillment management. ● On-site merchandising. ● Join a fun and hardworking team that cares deeply about its impact on the business and the people who are at its heart.

Requirements

Essential experience: ● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English ● Proven experience in a similar role ● Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Digital. ● Experience working in a faced-paced and dynamic digital content environment ● Comprehensive experience using Google Analytics for reporting and analysis ● Experience using Mail Chimp, Klaviyo, or similar CMS Platforms (Shopify, Magento, WordPress). ● CRM experience. ● Solid time management coupled with an ability to multi-task ● High attention to detail ● Good understanding of current digital trends and emerging technologies ● Ambition and fun with an aptitude for learning new things Key skills: ● Proficiency with Google Analytics ● Proficiency CMS Platforms (Shopify, Magento, WordPress). ● Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. ● Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop skills are highly desirable. ● Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach. ● Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines. ● Effective written and verbal communication skills. ● Self-starter and ability to work independently. ● Team Player.
